Planning ahead is difficult for the best of us, that's why this training is such an important part of maintaining mindfulness practices consistently. This powerful one-hour workshop gives attendees 12-months worth of dynamic yet practical tips, personal and group challenges, positive habit building tools and prosperity and mindfulness takeaways. Each month introduces a new idea, habit or exercise that enhances mental well-being, overall happiness and prosperity. This program offers attendees easy to incorporate practices to alleviate the pain and stress from sitting (or standing) at a computer, attending meetings and generally holding tension in our muscles. All participants enjoy relaxation exercises and meditations as well as helpful tricks and tools for stress reduction and relief.
